Fairly informal interview, seemed they were in need of several positions quickly. I was emailed about open interviews so I showed up and was hired on the spot for a different job at a different location than the position i applied for. I was pushed through quickly and easily, drug test on the spot. not sure how their typical interviews go but it seemed the other several people that were being hired at the same time also had easy interviews
