Met with a few different customer service managers. I then met with a potential co-worker who asked the exact same questions. Very standard interview, some behavioral questions. Everyone was very friendly. The entire process was very pleasant. I declined the offer because I wasn't particularly interested in the industry, and salary was rather low.
