I went through four interviews over a 3 month period. In my third interview the guy who interviewed me was rude and condescending. He argued with me about how I was not qualified for the job. This was after getting vetted by H.R. and another high level employee. The truth is I was over qualified. They wanted a Bachelor's Degree, I have two in addition to a Master's Degree. They wanted 3-5 years experience, I had over a decade. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and I regret not complaining to H.R. about my experience. A third round interview is not the time to complain to the applicant that they are not qualified. It was a waste of my time.
