Typical behavioral questions. Also, had to take a 30 minute test on using excel to analyze data. I am not sure if they still do the test. I haven't heard of many other departments doing it. Either way it wasnt difficult. if you have experience in financial analysis you should already have some basic excel skills.

Applied online with resume and cover letter. Received an email to schedule a phone screen with HR. Told me that the job is hybrid and asked if I would be able to go on-site. Also shared the salary.

Interview
I had a total of 4 interviews- one with HR, one with 2 hiring managers, one with the director, and finally, a group interview with the team I'd be working with. The interview process was grueling but very positive. It took a total of 2 months from the first interview to the last one and being offererd the position.

Question 1
I had the basic interview questions. The interviews were pretty long, between and hour and hour and a half for each interview.
