The recruiter asked me to go on campus for an in-person interview. The whole interview was short, and he only asked me 3 questions about my past experience, which are all listed on my resume. At the end, he told me that he doesn't even believe in the interview process, because people can perform really well in the interview, but might not be good for a good fit for the job??? Then why bother asking me to do an in-person interview? Worst interviewing experience ever.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Harvard University (Cambridge, MA)
Interview
Definitely the longest interview process I have ever been through (~2 months). The reference check was quite intensive. However, everyone I've talked with were very nice and provided all the information I needed.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to adapt and pivot quickly.
The interview was done online. The director talked to me and asked about my skills, background, and what they were looking for. Unfortunately, I lack the experience they desire. No offer or follow up.
Director was honest about the position and asked meaningful questions related to the job, its perks, benefits, and daily duty. Nice and friendly, no pressure ever felt. It was a smooth experience for me.
