To start with, they are not sure of their interview process which is biggest surprise to me. Initially they said, it will be 3 rounds and then said 5 rounds and then said 4 rounds.. But somehow after two months of internal discussions, they said, it will be 4 rounds.. 1. Phone screening with technical recruiter 2. Technical round with hiring manger 3. Two rounds of behavioral with Sr. manager and director 4. Coding round ( asked to solve 2 out of 3 questions in 45 mins). This is another surprise The interviewer in the coding session is confused with simple if blocks and i had explain him that.. that is another surprise.

I applied through an agency and I was called for a Face-to-Face interview. The interview itself was 4 hours long. Out of that an hour was allocated to programming assignment where I was give a set of 7 programming questions and was required to answer atleast 2 of them.
