Horrible. First recruiter blew off the initial interview. Then I had what I thought was a decent interview with recruiter and then managers and was told I would hear from the recruiter one way or another and be advised of the progress and it’s been weeks and the recruiter will not respond to my emails. It’s a bad look and very unprofessional since the start. Disappointed because I had high hopes for this company.

Interview
I had a very positive interview process with HealthEquity. The hiring manager reached out to me directly to schedule an interview and we had a great discussion about our backgrounds and details of my skills and experience. While I wasn't chosen as the final candidate, the hiring manager referred me to a partner team who had an open position. Overall a great experience!
