Interview
Interview process was smooth and each team member was friendly and welcoming. I met with seven teammates in total, and had a great conversation with each one of them. After each interview, the People Team (HR) would reach out via text to give me an update about timing or to setup the next interview within the same day or the very next day. Overall it was a great experience.

My interview process followed several stages. I started with an initial screening call with HR where we discussed my background and the role requirements. Next, I had a detailed conversation with the Hiring Manager to delve into my technical experience. The process concluded with a panel interview where I met with various stakeholders to discuss cross-functional collaboration and team dynamics.

Initial screener was lovely, explained the role, the company and next steps really well. I look forward to the rest of the process. Had specific examples of what they were looking for and looked for explanations in my experience. Included a screening call, another interview and a panel case study interview
