This was the most thoughtful, yet intense interview process I have gone through for a startup. Multiple interviews that spanned across leads from different teams made sure I was a well rounded fit for the company and role. Of course there is a project/presentation portion, but that is to be expected for CS roles now. This was the most challenging part because Heap is a complicated system and you are expected to know it for the presentation (or at least act like you do!).
