Interview
Phone screen, coding challenge, onsite. Overall a very positive experience. Got to know the company pretty well through interview questions and chatting with employees. Culture has an emphasis on good quality code and adept engineering decisions.

Interview
Equivalent of a phone screen, but onsite - they had a laptop and a coding challenge. I was invited to dinner a couple of nights before, and they asked us to sign up for interviews then. Showed up, was taken to a table with a laptop and some paper, and we got straight to the question. Took me about 30 minutes, and then I was shown out (so just technical, no other questions).

Question 1
Simple coding challenge: given a list of words, output the ones that are anagrams of other words in the list. The order of your output doesn't matter, and the input is shuffled.
