I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hearst (New York, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
4 rounds with different senior personnel, Questions related to resume, behavioural questions to check personality. First round fairly easy, subsequent rounds were challenging. The office was huge and pretty. 20 mins for each interview. Was asked to explain the projects briefly.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Hearst
Interview
The interview process seemed a little unorganized. I was told my last interview would be with a VP but then they had me interview with one more person. After 9 weeks from my initial interview and 6 interviews later, I wound up finding out I was no longer consider through their job board. To be honest, I should have seen it a sign after the 3rd interview. It’s disappointing that after you spent hours preparing and taking the 30m+- 1hr for interviews that you don’t even get a formal email explaining that they went with another candidate.
