I applied online. I interviewed at Hearst (New York, NY) in Jan 2021
Interview
The most seamless and straightforward interview process. Transitioning and on-boarding remote was very seamless. HR is very communicative and a great resource for answering any questions throughout the transition process.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hearst (New York, NY) in Sep 2019
Interview
HR was really transparent through the process, but had a tough time scheduling time with internal resources which led to the process going on for a long time. Interactions with internal resources through the process were very dry, and they often seemed disinterested while their communication. 3 out of 6 final round interviewers became unable to speak when I was on-site and I was made to speak with some junior resources who were clueless on what they should ask me. Out of the 3 missing interviewers, I was made to speak to 2 of them over a call over the next 2 weeks and was told things were looking good overall and transition activities were discussed. To date, there has been no communication from the company's side about the hiring decision or result.
