Interview
Easy interview process, apply online, phone interview then two in person. Very relaxed environment basically want to make sure you are going to fit in with the team. They want to know you're willing to do the basic administrative stuff as well as the more client facing events. It is a great company to work for but the room for growth is minimal everywhere but NYC.
Spoke with the recruiter than 2 more rounds. they were really nice but i wasn't that qualified. i think if you prepare well you'll be able to get it without the final round

Interview
Very easy and simple. 30 minute with hiring manager and then another 39 minutes with a higher level executive. Asked very basic questions that any interviewer would ask. I was contact within one day for the next interview.
Phone screen and two in person interviews. Questions were standard and easy to answer - mostly about background and prior experience. Overall a very positive experience, and nothing too out of the ordinary.
