There were three stages to the interview process:
1. Initial interview (experience)
2. Interview task (extensive ideation and execution task)
3. Final interview (discussing the completed task)
Each stage of the process was well-managed and the next steps were communicated promptly. It was much less of a 'describe a time where' type of interview and more of a chat that allowed you to showcase how your experience was relevant to the role and gather more detail about the business's objectives.
