Initial phone screen with recruiter, virtual interview with reporting manager (VP), second round interview with VP, HR director and Benefits director.
Lack of consistent communication throughout. Everything was through the recruiter. Received an email from the recruiter stating that I was not selected for the position. No follow up or direct communication from the VP. No phone call. For an upper level position, I was truly surprised by the lack of professionalism in the talent recruitment process.
