Interview process was completed virtually, using MS Teams interface. This was my first time interviewing in a while, and adding the virtual component was intimidating at first. To my surprise, being virtual was as comfortable as facetiming my family.

Recruiter and all interviewers were professional and appeared approachable. Questions were behavioral and situational. Using STAR approach helped communication.
Leadership team was concerned with both capability and fit. They stated multiple times that with capability AND fit (for both of us) we would have a long-term teammate.
