A bit humiliating to do the one way interviews where you record yourself responding to questions, then never hear anything back. The recording system is clunky and only gives you two tries per question, with no opportunity to ask questions or learn more about the job. I was answering without even knowing what they were looking for. That was a month ago and I still haven’t heard back.
