Interview
The first interview I had was quite comfortable and easy, although I was asked a lot about experience and how and why would I apply different skills in different situations. I was asked about handeling conflict and what was the last article I read on brand management. Overall nice interview.
The second interview was more about my perspective, what I imagine working at Henkel would be like. Assuring I liked the branch which I would potentially work in and overall profiling my social skills and experience.
