Sollicitatie voor een stage marketing in Brussel. Aangename ervaring en leerrijk. Eerst heb je een interview met HR department. Eens naar volgende ronde, is er een gesprek met 2 actuele managers waar je een case zal moeten oplossen en verder zal moeten motiveren.
I’ll be meeting with two managers at the same time. They’re both very professional, nice and polite. In addition, they seem to be interested in exploring new project opportunities together.
The first interview was HireVue and it was pretty simple. There were 4 questions asked with max 3 attempts per question and recording time of 2 mins each. We had to turn on our video for every answer and we were provided 60 sec for preparation before recording
Did some quick excel: It was just about intuiting some basic formulas. Next I talked about the job, then got to talk to the general manager, nice guy. The offices smelled very nice.
