I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hensel Phelps
Interview
It is a typical interview. They have set dates where they will bring in a couple different people for a few positions to interview all at once. You interview with upper management level individuals that ask about your experience, why want to work with Hensel Phelps, what you like to do. No really difficult questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hensel Phelps (State College, PA) in Sep 2024
Interview
The interview process was very simple. They came to my college career fair and reached out to me asking to speak to them during that day. After a conversation at the table, they asked me to sign up for an interview. I interviewed the next day with four people in the room asking me various questions about how I would deal with various scenarios.

A ten minute call talking about the project and company. It was nice. The interviewer was a nice project manager that told me about the work that they do and asked me about my background.

Many screenings into a standard interview, started as a quick 30 minute screen into an interview with a manager and finally an interview with a senior official. My first two interviews were very casual but the final one was much more technical and professional
