Had a phone screen with recruiter, then the VP of engineering. Both of those went well. I was then invited out to Bonita Springs. Got there late in the evening, having come from the west coast, and then had to be there at 9am (or 6am my time). I went through a series of interviews lasting all morning. I thought it went well, but later got a call from the recruiter stating that an offer would not be extended. The reason stated was that I had said something negative about a former employer.
