The process consisted of recruiting reaching out to ask different questions and which was then followed up with an interview with the area manager and after that interview, I received an offer.

Mostly questions on past experience, customer service related and years of experience. Manager was informal, friendly environment. Would have taken job, but got an interview for a better job and salary.
