Hertz Location Manager/Sales Associate interview questions

Applied for the job after seeing it advertised in a local paper. Received a phone call in which the caller talked with me and set up an interview based on the conversation being positive. The interview was informal. There was no testing. The interviewer was most concerned that I was over qualified and wouldn't be happy working in the office/position as it wasn't one of Hertz's large agencies. The interviewer told me he would check within their organization for a better fit for my background.
