Very typical as any other entry-level position. Come prepared with your resume printed and call a few times if to get a bug in the manager's ear after you put your application in.

Had one interview and decided i did not want to work for Hertz even if the pay was good. Manager had forgotten about the scheduled interview and was late. Had chewing gum during the introduction and interview. Was very unprofessional made me wanna stay as far away as possible from Hertz.
