Interview
The interview process varies wildly for the site that I work on. Since each employee is assigned to an specific account. Each account defines their own interview guidelines but is generally like this.
You will get interviewed by different persons probably on the phone. Management requests voluntaries to perform interviews so you will get interviewed by a potential new co worker. For this reason the interview is as technical and as hard as the interviewer you got assigned wants to make it. A highly skilled developer will probably make a harder interviewer.
The interviewers are (usually) different for a given technology set. For example I got one interviewer for C# .Net, JavaScript, XML. A different interviewer for Unix/Linux server handling (scripting basically), and yet another one for SQL which a preference for oracle PL/SQL. I also had a HR type of interview with yet another person.

How do you search files in a folder and then look up for a string in the result (Unix scripting)
How you get contents from table A that have a corresponding record on table B (SQL)

The interview was a panel interview, 2 technical interviewers, 1 manager and 1 human resources, process takes about 2 weeks, interview difficulty level is avg/above avg, on-boarding is about 1-2 weeks
