Interviewer wasn't experienced person. That was really strange because they were interviewing for senior position. Questions were not correct often. For example, [many many words] and "Why?" "Why what?" I answered. Then I got again a lot of words and a question "Why?". "Why?" was the favourite question during the interview. After I understood an experience of an interviewer I started reasking questions with clarification. For example, Maybe you mean that? - No. Maybe you mean that thing? - No. Ok, Maybe you mean that thing? - yes, that thing. The interviewer didn't understand what she asked herself. She asked me "what is a stream pool" while we were talking about concurrency in Java. I answered that I don't know such an entity, that must be a pool of some streams. Maybe you mean tread pools? And she ignored my question and moved the the next question. I was interrupted during all interview process and didn't have a chance to finish my answer. She said "I understand what you're talking about" after I said just 2 words. I saw many such interviews. The whole thing is a training of the interviewer. Usually a person who just got a senior position for some reason are moved to such interviews to learn how to make interviews. The bad thing is that is very bad for company reputation. And the only moment the interviewer were polite was when I said my salary expectations. That meant I was experienced guy from her point of view.

The process was smooth. The communication was open. The people were polite. The approach of the interviewers was very constructive. It might be more beneficial if at least one of the interviews was done face to face.
