Was contacted by the hiring manager who then scheduled a telephone interview. Pretty straightforward, then had two subsequent telephone interviews with department heads. At last interview was told to expect next steps within two weeks, which never happened. Seemed very unprofessional as after three interviews was expecting some formal communication.
