Process had 4 rounds- GD- Test- voice and accent- HR . I cleared first two rounds successfully. Suddenly they said 3 round is interpersonal skills related. They called 3 candidates into the room and gave us a topic and asked us to collect some points about the topic. We all expressed our views and at the end interviewer selected only one. Felt bad that a low performer has been given a chance. But it's OK, some better job is waiting for me😃
