Campus recruitment went smooth. Had an interview with multiple people and they showed positive response. Had a follow up interview over the phone with the head of the department. This interview was ok. Even though I did not get an offer the communication was very prompt. They said in a week or so that they are interested to move and are taking to HR. After this point I did not hear back at all. Then after a month or so, I emailed and they promptly responded to say they had already moved forward with another candidate.
