Telephonic discussion. Representative of such a big organisation doesn't know how to talk. He was ill mannered. When I asked about job description, instead of explaining me he passed sarcastic comment. He should explain roles and responsibilities but instead of explaining roles, he started saying 'you don't know Service management'. When I asked him do you know then please explain, his answer was one word service design. Who will understand in one word about the job they are offering. This is happening for 2nd time. This is really disrespectful.
