I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hewlett Packard Enterprise | HPE in Feb 2016
Interview
Straight forward interview questions at first with HR and Hiring Manager. Invited back for round robin interviews with other stakeholders in the company. Made an offer the next day and I accepted a week afterwards. Everyone throughout the process was very excited about the new direction of the company and believed in the long-term vision of the CEO and leadership.

Interview
It was a virtual interview with 2 interviewers. Both didn't open up their face cam, 1 can hear dogs barking in the background. Not professional imo but up for debate.

Interview
The interviewers are not opening video, it seems like I'm talking to a wall. I can hear pet noises in the background. Not that I mind that much but it shows unprofessionalism. An interviewee is expected to be professional but they seem not to act that way.
