I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hewlett Packard Enterprise | HPE (Manila, Manila)
Interview
They contacted me first after seeing my online profile. Went thru 3 separate phone interviews with HR over a course of 3 weeks.
The final interview with the US client via webconference was set and the schedule was sent to me in advance. I made arrangements including **renting** a business conference room just so I could avoid any technical issues.
20 minutes before the scheduled call I Iearned upon sending a text message to the meeting facilitator that it was already cancelled the previous week.
How come no one notified me regarding this in advance? I would perfectly understand being told that they already found the perfect person for the role.. but this is my first time to be treated unprofessionally in a job application process, coming from a well-known company. Quite frustrating.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hewlett Packard Enterprise | HPE (Spring, TX) in Jan 2025
Interview
I recently interviewed for a position at HP, and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. The interview process was disorganized and lacked clear communication. I initially felt excited about the opportunity, but the interview itself was unstructured, with some interviewers seeming unprepared and not fully familiar with my resume.
The questions were vague and didn’t align well with the role I applied for. Additionally, there were long delays between interview stages, which led to a sense of uncertainty throughout the process. It felt like they weren't as transparent or responsive as I'd hoped, which made the entire experience frustrating.
While I understand that these things can happen, I left the interview feeling that the company’s internal processes could use some improvement, especially regarding communication and organization. Overall, my experience was disappointing and not what I expected from a well-established company like HP.
