No interview as I was already a contractor with the company. They do take contractors but at this time the recruitment is not happening. In my case interview was non technical. Just negotiated the package with the manager and processed the papers through HR and switched over. Otherwise generally it is technical interview and salary negotiations. I have not heard of behavioral questions being asked.
