Phone call, 1:1 with manager and HR and background check. The background check is length, complex and take a lot of time to answer and then to get the results. This part of the process took practically all the 40 days since I had the job interview with HR until I got the offer letter.

Question 1
Basically they asked questions about my salary, details of my commission plan, benefits like health insurance and car allowance, etc. when I was able to start. They haven`t asked questions about achievements, results or any other thing related to the job itself.
