I met a recruiter at a career fair and gave him my resume. Then, there was an initial phone screening in which the interviewer asked behavioral questions and questions about availability as well as a few technical questions. After this interview, I got contacted for another interview at the HPE site where I then had a series of 4 one on one interviews with each member of the team that I would be working with involving a mix of behavior and technical questions.
