Very structured. First technical interview. then you move to a technical test, then an English test and a final interview with the manager. The process is very streamlined. the tests are very technical. The selection process overall is very good. Once you finished one interview you were moved to a test. English test is hard. the interview with the board is long and boring. Nobody gives you feedback
