Good and the process is relatively fast. Process is largely dependent on the role that you apply and interview generally is telephonic to start followed by VC.
Recruitment team generally is fast and I was surprised when i saw a mass induction upto about atleast 150+ in a batch

Applied through online portal. Received a phone screening within 1 week. Proceeded to 2 more steps of interview with senior managers and managing director. The recruiter will support you along the way, which was very nice. Overall, the interviewers are friendly. They care most about how you will fit into HPE.
