It was a quick one, 3 steps. first with HR, then with my manager, then divison country manager. everything has handled in 3 months. HR was very interested and she informed me about every process and updated me almost every two weeks whether there was a progress or not.

HR didn't ask that dummy HR questions. Mostly focus on my career and what can i provide to the company. The only thing was that, on the advertisement, job description was not clear enough. I've learnt what i was going to do mostly on the first interview

Great role related questions. Talked to manager and then to a team leader. They allow me to talk without fearing that I was going to maybe give an unexpected answer. I was also free to ask questions related to salalry, response times, benefits, etc.
