The interview questions were very specific for the position. They had many "what if" questions. They also asked a lot of employee relations specific questions. Were very concerned on knowing the amount of knowledge in employee relations specific situations I had.

If an employee is having issues with his manager and you find that in the information he provides the employee was not following policy what would you first do.
I interviewed in person with a panel for about 45 minutes. It was easy, light and interesting. The questions were relevant to the position I was applying for at the time.

They asked about my previous experience and asked about my notice period. The hirig manager has informed that there will be an online test where i need to complete the test and try to get the score atleat 7 out of 15.If i have score 7 above then there will be an opportunity to join this organization.
