2 hour conversation on my previous experience, sql, automation, testing. Asked about general testing principles, how function and integration tests were, how to debug problems, sdlc, stlc, automation with qtp.

Interview
Was difficult but the questions were excellent - It was apt to select an experienced person and to check his skill set and knowledge. It was bit fun too because the queries were very practically oriented.
