Interview
Intially we will get a call from Company HR on negotiating the slary terms. Once we are agreed on this, discussion will go to the next rounds, which are technical. The first technical round will focus on the basics. Once we are done with the intial rounds of interviews, our application will procced to next rounds, which are more in depth towards the applied position.

Interview
The manager was the one who interviewed me. Mostly situational questions. No technical questions involved. What was asked was about the previous employer, what work did you do, technologies utilised, expectations, strengths and weaknesses.

Telephonic and face to face discussion took around 30 days to release the offer.
It was a nice experience.
I enjoyed throughout the interview process and I am very happy now.
