simple and clear (2Rounds of interview) one will be with technical and other will be with managerial round final will be Manager decisions , HR releases offer with a good hike but desision of pakage mostly by manager

they offered me an outsourcing opportunity at one of their clients. After I passed their interview and their client's interview and after salary negotiation and accepting their last offer, they just suddenly disappear and never reply to my emails. Even worse they lied to their customer about my status saying that I cannot leave my current work then.
