There was a long phone screen, and no follow up interview. This is fine because only one person gets the offer.
The problem with their recruiter is that after the 'thank you' email and a few follow up emails the candidate gets ignored, wholly.
Pretty poor professionalism for a job that pays at a minimum 145K up to 315K.
