Interview happened quickly. Had 2 interviews in 2 weeks. Things looked promising then silence. Had to reach out to the recruiter to find out what was going on. Finally was told they had decided to keep the position internal. What a huge waste of time and anxiety. Had I not reached out I would still be waiting and wondering if I still had a chance. Very unprofessional especially for a Director level recruiting effort.

One month long, several tough rounds. First with the HR, and then two interviews with Sr. Director and VP. Overall, good folks to work for and salary is at par.

It was efficient and thorough. They were well organized and asked good questions. Each interviewer came prepared and came across as very authentic. As we went through the process i believe they were just as excited to have me join the team as I was to join the company.
