I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hewlett Packard Enterprise | HPE (Mississauga, ON) in Nov 2014
Interview
Very standard. Phone-screen interview with HR recruiter and an in-person with the hiring manager. Interviewers were very professional and pleasant and expectations were clear. After the interviews were successful, HPE did a quick background and education check. My references were called, so be prepared for that. The process did take longer than expected (over a month).
Interview questions [1]

All questions to be expected. Tell me about yourself; Greatest strength/weakness; Are you competitive? What motivates you? What do you know about the company? Why HPE? How do you prioritize tasks/ perform under pressure? What is your go-to-market strategy to uncover new accounts?

Interview
It was a virtual interview with 2 interviewers. Both didn't open up their face cam, 1 can hear dogs barking in the background. Not professional imo but up for debate.

Interview
The interviewers are not opening video, it seems like I'm talking to a wall. I can hear pet noises in the background. Not that I mind that much but it shows unprofessionalism. An interviewee is expected to be professional but they seem not to act that way.
