Straight forward with typical experience questions and how I would handle certain situations within the partners i have worked with and how I have impacted growth in my territory. There were further discussions around my relationship with C-lev executives
First interview: sales manager - general sales and behavioral related questions
Second Interview: Presentation to sales manager and MD on hypothetical case and customer interaction
Third interview: Direct interview with line manager

Quit and productive. Some times it lead to a go/no go process and at the end there was no follow-up at all unfortunately. Nevertheless, I hope that it gave me the necessary stimulation in order to proceed further in growing up the ladder, following my career path exactly as I want to.
