Very quick. 3 interviews. 2 Teams meetings with L1 leader, 1 Teams meeting with a director. Mostly talking about yourself, it was informal which was nice. I was early career though so I don’t think this is typical of a technical position.

Smooth, great communication, and very good interviewers, 4 rounds of interviews, first 3 were technical and the last was a presentation to a panel of three, good process, but not very quick.

Discussion about my experience, what I liked about HPE and why I want this role. Everything went smoothly, They did not ask any difficult technical questions it was more like a discussion to learn about me and about the fit.

IT was long and drawn out but very well organized and designed for selecting top applicants. It could be shorter, but this is a complex position to fill and can be hard to identify the correct applications.
