It consists of three different interviews, each of which is directed by different profiles. The first one is carried out by the HR personal. In this interview you are asked about your personality, career, technologies you´ve used and professional aspirations. You are also invited to have a short conversation in English.
The second interview is much more technical and it is directed by Architects and Developers. At this point you are encouraged to talk about the proyects you´ve participated, their technologies and methodologies. You are also asked to talk about dessign patterns you know or that you have implemented, as well as different software architectures and frameworks.
Finally, in the last interview you meet with a manager. Here, you are asked some personal questions again, and you are asked to solve a problem with the aim to evaluate the way you think.
