I wonder whether Hexaware is a cmmi level 5 company. I cleared all my rounds and finally hr asked for documents, after submitting my documents there was no response from the hr. I have not seen such a irresponsible hr in my lifetime.
I have totally have 3years of experience. These people treat experienced person in a bad manner before joining itself. Dont waste your time attending interview here. Its been a month still I did not receive my offer. And when i contacted the hr last time she told that she was waiting for approval.
I doubt now whether she is an HR. Dont conduct interview for name sake and waste our time.
Many time she disconnected my calls worst behavior.
Lot of people attended interview with me Do anyone face the same problem from the worst management ?
I attended two rounds of interviews that mainly focused on core Java and Spring Boot concepts. The interviewers asked questions on exception handling, Java 8 features such as Streams and Lambda expressions, Spring Boot annotations, REST controllers, SOLID design principles, and SQL join queries. The discussions were mostly based on practical application and understanding of backend development concepts.
First round was aptitude round it was quite easy and second round was Group Discussion round they they given two topics and we chose one from that ...that is also a easy one

First round is gd then online test after that he round. In gd round the topics will be most probably on general categories and general issues. The online test contains aptitude, english etc .
