1. Its a video interview and the interviewer doesnt starts his video 2. No greetings, joins and just says introduce. While i am talking, he is whispering with someone 3. He cuts me in between and says okay thats it, lets move to java questions 4. Asks me to write a code on notepad 5. Then asks me one java technical question, not related to the code 6. Then says thank you i am done. recruiter will reach you and hangs up 7. The interview was supposed to be of 45 mins, it got done in 12 mins Worst interview ever. I dont know why hexaware would have such people interviewing who have zero public sense let alone technical

Got a call from consultancy. She scheduled an interview next day. Reached the hexaware office. They first told first round will be AI test and next round will be technical round but due to some issues they conducted first technical round. Even though answering all questions I was rejected I didn't understand. Not only mostly every candidate was rejected even though candidates performed well. They are just calling the candidates to show case to their clients they are conducting the interviews. But in reality they are just wasting the time of candidate. I request whoever is seeing this review they attend their face-to-face interview its a waste of time.
